Julie Cooney

Julie Cooney is a second generation broker, having attained her brokers license right after her high school graduation. She graduated college from Appalachian State University in 2025, with her Bachelors in business management.

Julie’s hobbies include spending quality time with her family and friends.  She also enjoys the art of photography and design, as well as finding solitude in a good book. She loves to travel, experience new cultures, meet new people and learn the history of our little town. 

Julie is honest and trustworthy and offers exceptional work ethic, pays attention to details and values the relationship she fosters with her clients. She is knowledgeable in technical applications and feels these applications are valuable skills in helping clients find and purchase their dream home.
